In home private lessons
In home private lessons are so valuable, this is where the dog spends most of its time. It is also the place where the dog may be the naughtiest and not listen to its owner.
You have one on one attention which means the learning is accelerated. You can tackle any problems you are having at home. Wether it be the dog barging thru the back door, jumping up on the back door, more than a one dog household, and lots more.
So its the perfect place to start obedience training. The behaviour at home directly correlates to the behaviour out of the home.
Its amazing when you establish some rules at home and teach good manners. How different your relationship with your dog can be.
You the owner are taught the skills to get the best results.You will be given homework to work on in-between lessons. You will know how to communicate with your dog more effectively and which equipment is best to use for training and walking.
Private lessons can be very effective and can sometimes take less time to achieve the desired outcome.
Also, you may just need more help. I am here to guide you thru any concerns you have.

Group classes
Group classes are great for working your dog around the distraction of other dogs. As the obedience can all fall short once your dog sees another dog. Also the handlers need experience around other dogs.
At the moment i am offering group classes at my home in six week blocks. Meaning one session per week for six consecutive weeks.
This could possibly change as i am reviewing how to run group classes better.
Private lessons at my place
I offer lessons at my place in Bunyip for a number of reasons.I have people who have trained with me before who have moved and are want to travel to me.
I have space to practice recalls safely here.It also another environment to work the dogs in.
Sometimes i need to see the behaviours at your house , so the initial consult might be in your home and then the rest at my place.I offer slightly cheaper rates for coming to me.
It really depends on the dog and what you need help with. We can discuss this at the start of your training journey.
